Design, configure and optimise SAP solutions that support our people and business operations
As a Payroll System Specialist at Cadent, you'll play a key role in designing, configuring and enhancing our SAP HR and Payroll solutions. Working at the intersection of technology and business operations, you'll help ensure our HR and payroll systems are scalable, efficient and aligned with both current business needs and future strategic objectives.
This is a specialist role for an experienced SAP professional who can translate complex business requirements into effective functional solutions. You'll work closely with HR teams, payroll specialists, IT colleagues and external partners to deliver improvements, support transformation initiatives and ensure our SAP landscape continues to evolve in line with best practice.
From solution design and configuration through to testing, deployment and continuous improvement, you'll play an essential role in delivering reliable, user-focused HR and Payroll technology across the organisation.

- Extensive experience working with SAP HCM and Payroll
- Strong SuccessFactors knowledge, ideally including Employee Central configuration
- Experience supporting enterprise HR and payroll transformation initiatives
SuccessFactors Knowledge
- Experience across a range of SuccessFactors modules, including:
- Career Development Planning
- Goal Management
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Payroll
- Recruitment Marketing
Solution Design & Delivery
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
- Proven ability to design and configure SAP solutions aligned to business objectives
- Experience supporting the full delivery lifecycle, including blueprinting, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
Stakeholder Management
- Ability to build strong relationships across HR, Payroll, IT and third-party suppliers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative approach with a strong focus on delivering business outcomes
Technical & Functional Capability
- Experience working with SAP integrations across HR, Finance, Time Management and SuccessFactors environments
- Understanding of SAP best practices, governance and functional design standards
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across the SAP landscape
