Payroll Service Team Leader
Location: Weybridge, with travel to ISS offices and client sites as required

What you’ll do
- Lead the day-to-day activities of the Payroll Service Team, ensuring workloads and SLAs are effectively managed.
- Coach, support and develop Payroll Service Advisors through feedback, training and performance management.
- Act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive or unresolved payroll queries.
- Monitor team performance, quality and productivity against KPIs and SLAs.
- Analyse service data and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes and improvements.
- Build strong relationships with Payroll Delivery and key stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the service.
- Promote best practice and a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring
- Proven payroll and customer service experience.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or supervising a team.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
