We're looking for a Payroll Time & Attendance Specialist to join our Payroll team at Bright Horizons. This role combines end-to-end UK payroll processing with Time & Attendance administration, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery while providing an excellent employee experience.

Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end UK payroll processing
- Time & Attendance exception management and reporting
- Payroll reconciliations, audits and compliance checks
- Supporting managers with absence and leave records
- Investigating payroll and T&A discrepancies
- System testing, process improvement and risk management
- Partnering with HR, Finance and external providers
What we're looking for:
- Strong UK payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll compliance, audits and NMW checks
- Experience with payroll and T&A systems (Workday desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
