Playworker Wokingham at Smile for Sibs club
Average 2 hours per week - £8.00 per hour - £12.71 per hour (depending on age)
We have a vacancy for a Playworker at our Wokingham Smiles for Sibs group, which runs on a Thursday (term-time only) between 4.30pm and 6.15pm at the Woodley Airfield Centre. The children at Sibs are aged 8-13 and come to the club to get some me time as they have a sibling with a learning disability including those with profound and multiple learning disabilities. The Playworkers will assist in providing activities at the club including playing games, arts and crafts, cooking, outdoor activities, and occasional holiday day trips.
Youth Club Playworker Wokingham
Average 3-5 hours per week - £8.50 - £12.71 depending on age
We have a vacancy for a Youth Club Playworker working with young people with learning disabilities between the ages of 13 (year 9) and 19. The club runs on a Wednesday evening at Addington School, Woodley, term-time. You will take direction from the club coordinator to help plan and supervise indoor and outdoor activities, set up the room and to help tidy away at the end of the session, attend meetings and training as required.
