Job Description

What You’ll Do as P&C Country Support Coordinator - GB

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

P&C In-Country Project Management:

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of key P&C projects and global programs (e.g., ATS, WFM, OD) within the market, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive successful outcomes.

P&C In-Country Communications Management:

  • Act as the central coordinator for all P&C communications in-market, managing weekly updates, distributing materials to retail stores, and maintaining the P&C SharePoint site to ensure accurate and accessible information.

P&C In-Country Process & Practice Management:

  • Own and evolve in-market SOPs to ensure consistent P&C practices across stores.
  • Collaborate with global CoEs to localize policies and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

P&C In-Country Data Management & Reporting Support:

  • Act as the central point for data collation and analysis across the P&C team.
  • Produce insights and reports to support Business Partners and Country P&C Leaders in decision-making.

P&C In-Country Talent Management:

  • Coordinate key talent processes such as Make Your Primark and annual pay reviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction for senior leaders, welcome events, and maintain location-specific learning calendars.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven P&C Experience: 5–7+ years’ experience in a similar People & Culture role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and operational delivery.
  • Project & Process Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and processes, with strong administrative capability and attention to detail.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Systems & Tech Proficiency: Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage data, reporting, and digital workflows confidently.
  • Business Partnering Mindset: Previous experience in P&C business partnering is an advantage, bringing a strategic and solutions-focused approach to stakeholder engagement.
