We’re a fast-growing MGA with a bold vision and strong backing. We combine underwriting expertise with innovative technology to deliver market-leading solutions for brokers and clients. Now, we’re looking for a Trading Underwriter – Property & Casualty to help us grow our portfolio and deepen our broker relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Underwrite new and renewal P&C business, focusing on profitable growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and partners.
  • Use your market insight to help shape product development and trading strategy.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, close-knit team of experts who move quickly and think creatively.
  • Contribute to a culture that values accountability, innovation, and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Property & Casualty underwriting, ideally within UK regional or SME markets.
  • Strong trading mentality with a flair for building broker relationships.
  • Confident in decision-making and empowered underwriting.
  • Commercially minded, curious, and collaborative.
