Are you someone who takes pride in spotting the smallest detail? Do you have a keen eye for quality and a passion for ensuring products meet the highest standards? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a PCB Inspector / Returns Inspector to join our team, carrying out detailed inspections of customer returned Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality, customer, and industry standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Inspecting customer returned Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in accordance with Quality and Industry standards, including IPC-A-610 Class 3 requirements
  • Ensuring all customer returns documentation is complete and accurate
  • Verifying that products conform to customer specifications and company requirements, including metalwork, labels, serial numbers, and associated documentation
  • Conducting detailed inspections using magnification equipment
  • Supporting investigations into returned assemblies by identifying and discussing faults and findings
  • Inspecting wiring harnesses and carrying out associated mechanical inspections
  • Checking delivery notes for accuracy and completeness
  • Verifying Certificates of Conformance (C of C) against customer order requirements prior to despatch
  • Carrying out X-ray inspection of assembled products to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved
  • Participating in and supporting 5S activities across the production environment
  • Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the role

This role is a full-time, permanent contract onsite in Hook, Hampshire.
