PCB Layout Engineer - Berkshire - up to £45,000 + Benefits - REF 2037

I am currently recruiting a PCB Layout Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Berkshire. Salary up to £45,000 + Benefits.

To support the growth of the business and in line with current workload they have the need to appoint another PCB Layout Engineer on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

In this role as a PCB Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating complicated and technically advanced PCB layouts in Altium
  • Optimising components to ensure best performance, ease of manufacture and assembly as well as ensuring there is a high degree of reliability
  • Working with designs that are more than 6 layers
  • Routing digital systems, mixed signal, power electronics and flex-rigid PCB technologies

Ideal Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience as a PCB Layout Engineer, PCB Designer, PCB Design Engineer or similar
  • Experience with Altium
