A career without limits
As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain.
It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.
This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.
So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.
We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.

What You'll Do
- Support the implementation and monitoring of PCI-DSS controls across the business.
- Partner with Technology, Cyber and business teams to ensure controls are applied correctly and evidence is maintained.
- Monitor adherence to PCI requirements, supporting teams with secure handling, storage and transmission of cardholder data.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities and support annual PCI assessments.
- Manage compliance evidence, control documentation and operational records.
- Carry out regular compliance checks, validations and reconciliations.
- Work with third-party payment providers and partners to maintain compliance across integrated systems.
- Identify and escalate compliance gaps, risks or control weaknesses.
- Support awareness and training activities that help teams understand their PCI responsibilities.
- Contribute to remediation initiatives and continuous improvement activity.
- Keep up to date with evolving PCI standards and regulatory requirements, helping stakeholders understand what's changing and why.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
