MISSION OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven PCO Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing members by phone and chat, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Achieve individual sales targets.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities and outcomes.
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Handle member questions and objections professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and high levels of member satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PCO products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or contact centre experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
  • Excellent telephone manner with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and close sales effectively.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience when handling objections.
