IntSol Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced PCV Bus Drivers for ongoing, full-time work with an established bus operator in Essex.
This position offers 50 hours of work guaranteed every week and enhanced weekend rates.
Pay Rates
PAYE
- Monday-Friday: £16.00 per hour
- Weekends: £18.00 per hour
PAYE Including Holiday Pay
- Monday-Friday: £17.93 per hour
- Weekends: £20.17 per hour
Job Overview
As a PCV Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along scheduled routes while providing a professional and reliable service. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced bus drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with guaranteed weekly hours.

Duties
- Safely operate PCV buses along designated routes
- Follow scheduled routes and timetables
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before starting your shift
- Provide a professional and friendly service to passengers
- Follow all road traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Report any vehicle defects, incidents or safety concerns
- Maintain a high standard of professional driving at all times
Requirements
- Valid UK PCV Category D driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous bus driving experience
- Good knowledge of road safety and passenger transport requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and punctual
