Paramount Consumer Products manages licensing, product development and creative approvals for a wide portfolio of well-known entertainment brands including PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Garfield, Avatar, Star Trek, MTV, Comedy Central, CBS and Paramount Pictures.
This role offers the chance to work across iconic brands and collaborate with international partners. You’ll support the development of consumer products across categories including gifting, party, collectables, social expressions and seasonal, from early concept through to production. You’ll work with internal stakeholders and external licensees to help deliver products that meet brand standards and customer needs across Northern Europe (including CEE, Benelux and the Nordics).
What will you be doing?
- Manage product approvals across multiple categories, from concept through to production.
- Provide clear design guidance and constructive feedback to licensees, helping maintain brand values and product quality.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support feasibility, timelines and shared goals.
- Partner with business and retail teams to create tailored design pitches aligned to customer needs and strategic priorities.
- Research, develop and deliver original creative work where needed, including identifying gaps in available brand assets.
- Create tools and guidance that improve product development ways of working (for example training materials and brand “101” documents) to support regional needs.
- Work closely with Account Managers and the BALA team to ensure product development aligns with contractual terms.
- Keep up to date with creative, retail and product trends, and spot potential new categories and opportunities.
- Research consumer and competitor trends to inform design direction, highlight regional insights and identify gaps.
- Coordinate samples and best-in-class references for trade shows, partner meetings and marketing/PR.
- Contribute a creative viewpoint in key meetings, including retail meetings and partner days.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
