About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced individual to join our new central assembly and PDI (pre-delivery inspection) centre in Thame, Oxfordshire, as Assembly/PDI Technician.

The PDI Centre is responsible for the assembly and PDIs of all new precision Turf mowing machinery, compact tractors, utility vehicles and groundcare machinery across the group.

As a PDI Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing a wide range of Golf & Turf machinery. You will work to the manufacturers specifications, ensuring the equipment is optimised and prepared to the highest standard. You will work as part of a team to ensure all equipment is presented to the highest quality, with the Company goal to be recognised as the industry leaders. Your job objective is to take a personal role in delivering excellence to each and every one of our customers.

About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • A background of working with golf & turf equipment is desirable, however a mechanical/assembly background within other industries is also suitable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT ability – able to use a laptop and smartphone for day to day work
