PE Accountant - United Kingdom
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PE Accountant based in the United Kingdom.
As a PE Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounting and administrative processes for individual entrepreneurs while supporting a growing technology-driven organization. You will ensure accurate financial documentation, tax-related activities, reporting, and compliance with local regulations. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help maintain efficient financial operations and contribute to process improvements. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys structured work, automation, and continuous development. You will join a collaborative, remote-friendly environment where ownership, transparency, and professional growth are highly valued.
Accountabilities
- Manage accounting operations for a portfolio of individual entrepreneurs, ensuring accurate records and timely completion of financial processes.
- Support the full lifecycle of individual entrepreneur registration, including opening and closing activities.
- Work with online tax administration platforms to submit reports, obtain required documents, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, invoices, primary accounting documents, and other financial paperwork.
- Maintain tax calculations, track mandatory payments, and ensure accurate settlement of financial obligations.
- Support banking processes, including obtaining banking credentials and electronic digital signatures.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure proper organization, accuracy, and completeness of financial records.
- Contribute to improving accounting processes through structured approaches and efficient use of digital tools.

Requirements
- Higher education in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting requirements and regulations related to individual entrepreneurs.
- Experience managing financial documentation, tax reporting, payments, and accounting processes.
- Confident user of accounting and productivity tools, including Excel, 1C, electronic document management systems, and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, structure, and interpret financial information.
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience supporting IT specialists or technology-sector entrepreneurs is considered an advantage.
