Contract Type: Permanent
Basis: Mon-Friday, TTO, 30 hours per week
Start date: November 2026

We are now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and motivated P.E. Sports and Personal Development Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting and varied role for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive.
The successful candidate will:
- Support and deliver high-quality PE and physical activity opportunities across the school
- Lead a range of after-school clubs and enrichment activities that broaden children's interests, talents and experiences
- Provide mentoring and pastoral support for pupils who may require additional help with behaviour, emotional wellbeing or engagement in learning
- Support pupils during lesson time, working alongside teachers to remove barriers to learning
- Contribute to pupil leadership opportunities and the school's wider personal development programme
- Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and high aspirations for all pupils
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute fully to the wider life of the school community
