About The Role
Teach South seeks a PE Teacher or Sports Coach for flexible supply work across Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, and nearby schools. This contract role offers daily rates between £130 and £180, with full-time, part-time, or temporary hours available from September 2026. While QTS is preferred, it is not mandatory for every assignment. We value coaching experience, a confident manner with young people, and strong group management skills.
Responsibilities
- Delivering PE lessons
- Coaching various sports
- Supporting practical sessions
- Following established plans
- Fostering pupil confidence within a safe, encouraging environment

Are you a PE Teacher, Sports Coach or experienced sports professional looking for flexible work from September?
We are working with schools across Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill and the surrounding areas.
QTS is preferred but isn't essential for all supply opportunities. Experience coaching or teaching sport and confidence working with young people are key.
