Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new pediatric migraine study sites across Europe.
- Build and maintain relationships with pediatric investigators, children's hospitals, pediatric headache centers, and study site personnel.
- Support site feasibility, startup, activation, and enrollment activities.
- Identify and address barriers to recruitment, enrollment, and participant retention.
- Support rescue activities for underperforming sites.
- Gather investigator feedback and site intelligence to inform study execution and recruitment strategy.
- Partner with study teams to prioritize opportunities and mitigate enrollment risks.
- Conduct frequent in-person site visits and investigator engagements throughout Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, Public Health, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant clinical research experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting pediatric clinical trials, pediatric research sites, or pediatric investigator networks.
- Experience working directly with investigators and clinical trial sites.
- Experience supporting site identification, feasibility, startup, recruitment, and enrollment activities.
- Established relationships with children's hospitals, pediatric neurology programs, pediatric headache centers, or pediatric research institutions across Europe.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Europe (minimum 50% travel).

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, MD, PhD, NP, PA, or equivalent).
- 5-7+ years of experience in pediatric clinical development, pediatric neurology, migraine, neuroscience, or pediatric clinical research.
- Existing network of pediatric investigators and research coordinators across Europe.
- Prior experience as a CRA, Site Care Partner, Clinical Trial Manager, Study Manager, Clinician, or Clinical Operations professional.
- Experience supporting multi-country European clinical trials and working across multiple European healthcare systems.
- Experience in recruitment recovery, enrollment acceleration, and site rescue activities.
