Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a GMC-registered Pediatrician at New Ganesh. The pediatrician will provide virtual consultations, follow-up care, and clinical guidance for infants, children, and adolescents, including primary care and selected neonatology-related concerns. The role involves collaborating with other physicians and healthcare professionals, participating in case discussions, and using AI-enabled tools to support clinical decision-making while maintaining professional judgment. The pediatrician will also provide education to families, ensure adherence to regulatory and safeguarding standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Primary Care with experience in outpatient or community-based settings -- ability to assess Autism and ADHD in the UK
  • Demonstrated expertise in Pediatrics, including routine developmental assessments and management of common pediatric conditions -- specifically Autism and ADHD
  • Proven ability in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams, including effective communication and collaborative care planning.
  • Current GMC registration with a license to practice and no restrictions impacting clinical work.
  • Experience providing remote or telehealth consultations, with proficiency in using digital health platforms and electronic records.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and empathetically to children, parents, and caregivers.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, ethical practice, and adherence to relevant clinical and data protection regulations.
  • Board certification or equivalent specialist training in pediatrics (or near completion of recognized pediatric training) is highly beneficial.
