Role Overview
The PEEL Speaker & Enrichment Coordinator will take an active role in the coordination, development, and promotion of PEEL’s Speaker and Enrichment offering.
Working as part of the PEEL Talent team, the postholder will liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements, recommend suitable speakers and enrichment professionals, coordinate bookings, and encourage repeat and additional business.
The role will also involve developing strong relationships with PEEL’s roster of speakers, craft instructors, tutors, enrichment professionals, and celebrity speakers, ensuring that PEEL continues to offer a varied, high-quality, and commercially attractive programme.
This is primarily a client-facing coordination role, combining relationship management, talent booking, programme development, and commercial awareness. Administrative support will be available from colleagues within the wider PEEL Talent team, although the postholder will remain responsible for overseeing each booking and ensuring that it progresses successfully from initial enquiry through to completion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
