Are you passionate about using your lived experience of ADHD to support others?

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Peer Support Worker to join our ADHD Service. This is an exciting opportunity to use your personal experience to inspire hope, build confidence and empower people living with ADHD.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work alongside clinicians, service users and partners to help shape and develop the service. You'll co-produce and deliver workshops and courses, provide peer support within the community, raise awareness of ADHD, and contribute to creating a service that is informed by the voices and experiences of the people who use it.

Your insight and lived experience will play a vital role in helping others navigate their ADHD journey while promoting recovery, inclusion and self-management.

Main duties of the job

In this rewarding role, you will provide peer support to people accessing the ADHD Service, drawing appropriately on your own lived experience to encourage, motivate and empower others. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and service users to co-produce workshops, groups and educational resources that promote understanding of ADHD and support individuals to develop practical strategies and confidence.

You will help raise awareness of ADHD within the community, encourage people to access appropriate support, and contribute ideas to the ongoing development and improvement of the service. By sharing your experience in a safe, professional and meaningful way, you will help ensure the service remains person-centred and responsive to the needs of those who use it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
