15 Month Apprenticeship
Training Provider: Oncourse Southwest
Please note, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and we can only consider applicants with existing right to work in the UK
This exciting apprenticeship opportunity is ideal for people who have personal experience of overcoming barriers, using support services, or navigating challenges related to health, wellbeing, employment, or multiple disadvantage, and who want to use that experience to support others.
Working alongside our Employment Specialists and wider Connect to Work team, you'll provide peer support, encouragement and practical guidance to participants, helping them build confidence, develop skills, move towards employment, and achieve their own aspirations. Through sharing your experiences, promoting self-advocacy, and building trusted relationships, you'll help create positive change in people's lives.
Apprentices will start in October 2026 and will complete a fully funded apprenticeship programme delivered by On Course South West, gaining valuable skills, experience and a recognised qualification while working within a supportive and ambitious team.

Funding & Assessments: Please be aware that if you are successful in your application you will be required to sit a functional skills assessment with the apprenticeship training provider. Your current and previous qualifications will also be checked to ensure that you are eligible for course funding.
