Your new company

A major organisation is investing heavily in workflow automation and digital transformation, using low-code platforms to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. As part of a growing automation function, they are looking to appoint two experienced Pega Business Analysts to help shape and drive their automation roadmap.

Your new role

This is a business-facing Business Analyst role focused on identifying, assessing and shaping automation opportunities rather than technical development. Working closely with stakeholders, product teams and business representatives, you will lead discovery activities, identify workflow automation use cases and help build a prioritised backlog of initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Identifying workflow automation opportunities across business functions
  • Analysing business processes and documenting requirements
  • Conducting feasibility and cost-benefit assessments
  • Creating and prioritising automation backlogs
  • Supporting portfolio planning and roadmap development
  • Working with architecture, security and platform teams on solution options
  • Supporting the transition of approved initiatives into delivery teams
  • Promoting the benefits and possibilities of workflow automation across the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
