Pega Business Architect
We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Architect to support a large-scale automation and business transformation programme. The successful candidate will help identify, assess, and prioritise workflow automation opportunities while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
This is a business-focused role centred on discovery, business analysis, process transformation, and solution design. It is not a hands-on development or platform support role.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in:
- Identifying and assessing workflow automation opportunities across business functions.
- Leading discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering activities.
- Analysing existing business processes, applications, and workflows to identify transformation opportunities.
- Evaluating how the Pega platform can support business objectives and operational improvements.
- Conducting feasibility assessments and defining future-state business processes.
- Developing high-level solution concepts and business architecture artefacts.
- Producing business cases, value assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Engaging stakeholders through workshops, demonstrations, and collaborative sessions.
- Supporting the prioritisation and planning of automation initiatives.
- Assessing complexity, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Supporting early-stage prototyping and solution validation activities where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
