Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) at Advance Agility. The Pega CSSA will design, build, and implement Pega applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Agile best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in Agile ceremonies, conducting code reviews, and contributing to solution design and technical documentation. The Pega CSSA will also support testing, troubleshoot production issues, and provide guidance to junior team members and stakeholders on Pega platform capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Pega platform expertise, including Pega CSSA certification and hands-on experience with application design, case management, and rule configuration.
  • Experience with system integration, including REST/SOAP services, APIs, and working with external data sources and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), including participation in sprints, backlog refinement, and collaboration with product owners and Scrum teams.
  • Proficiency in technical analysis, solution design, debugging, and performance optimization for Pega applications.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration standards, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, and exposure to digital transformation or business process automation initiatives is beneficial.
