Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Pega Contractor with expertise in CLM KYC to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions within the Pega platform.

Job Description

  • Work extensively on Pega CLM KYC projects to deliver robust BPM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and develop user stories and components aligned with CLM KYC architecture.
  • Configure harnesses, portals, SLAs, business rules, and agent configurations.
  • Ensure implementation adheres to best practices and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, coding bugs, and system bottlenecks.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance solution quality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design and test cases.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Pega CLM KYC focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with scrum leads and LSA to discuss and refine user stories.
  • Drive implementation of key CLM KYC journeys and stages.
  • Conduct system performance tests and ensure solution scalability.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate actively in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate solution functionality.
  • Maintain compliance with architectural and security guidelines.
  • Mentor junior team members and share domain knowledge.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned user stories and tasks.
