Pega Lead Developer – CLM/KYC

Location: London, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week)
Employment Type: Contract Inside IR35

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pega Contractor specializing in CLM and KYC to architect, develop, and deploy comprehensive Business Process Management (BPM) solutions on the Pega platform.

Required Technical Expertise

Core Skills: Pega – Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Development: Spearhead the design and engineering of Pega CLM/KYC solutions, delivering core user journeys, stages, and platform components aligned with overall system architecture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Scrum Leads, Lead System Architects (LSAs), and multidisciplinary teams to gather business requirements and refine user stories.
  • System Configuration: Configure business rules, harnesses, portals, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and agent configurations in accordance with best practices.
  • Quality & Testing: Execute performance testing, ensure solution scalability, create and execute test cases, and participate in design reviews to continuously enhance quality.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve code defects, application issues, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  • Governance & Mentorship: Uphold architectural and security guidelines, author technical documentation, and guide junior developers while sharing domain knowledge.
