This is a full-time, remote role for a Pega Lead System Architect. In this position, you will design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Pega-based solutions aligned with client requirements. You will also lead system architecture design, ensure seamless integration of components, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. The role involves acting as a thought leader in Pega’s best practices while mentoring team members and supporting project goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in System Architecture and Systems Design, with a track record of creating scalable and effective solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Software Development, including experience with Pega systems and tools
  • Proven ability in Systems Engineering, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability of IT environments
  • Knowledge of Integration and workflows across various platforms to improve system connectivity and functionality
  • Strong understanding of Pega methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Relevant Pega certifications, such as Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA), are highly preferred
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
