Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pega SDA to join a high-profile recruitment transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Pega Customer Decision Hub capabilities, while integrating with both internal and external systems to deliver innovative customer engagement and decisioning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Configure Next-Best-Action strategies, engagement policies, and decisioning frameworks.
- Integrate Pega solutions with internal and external systems using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure solution design aligns with enterprise architecture, security, and best practices.
- Support workshops, design discussions, and key stakeholder meetings.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Experience designing and implementing complex Pega solutions.
- Expertise in decisioning, customer engagement, and Next-Best-Action capabilities.
- Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within an Agile delivery environment.
- Active SC Clearance (Mandatory).
- Must be currently based in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
- Experience working on large-scale government or public-sector programmes.
- Knowledge of recruitment or workforce management solutions.
Additional Information
- Mostly remote working.
- Occasional travel to Stevenage and other UK client sites as required.
- Contract until 31 March 2027.
