PEGA LSA and SSA – Active SC Clearance Required
We’re looking for experienced PEGA Senior System Architects (SSA) and Lead System Architects (LSA) with active UK SC clearance to join our growing team.
We’re recruiting at both SSA and LSA level, offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale PEGA programmes across multiple client engagements.
This is a hands-on architecture and client-facing role, providing technical leadership from discovery and solution design through to implementation and delivery.
Active SC clearance is mandatory for this position.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable PEGA solutions
- Translate business requirements into robust, enterprise-level technical solutions
- Act as a senior technical authority across client engagements
- Lead architecture workshops, design sessions and stakeholder discussions
- Oversee PEGA implementations and provide technical direction to delivery teams
- Mentor and support SSA/SSA-level PEGA engineers
- Ensure adherence to PEGA guardrails, architecture standards, security and performance best practice
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, release planning and production readiness
- Work closely with enterprise architects, technical teams and senior client stakeholders

What we’re looking for
Essential:
- PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) certification
- Active UK SC clearance
- Strong experience delivering enterprise PEGA solutions
- Extensive knowledge of Case Management and BPM
- Strong PEGA integration experience
- Experience with Pega Platform v8.x+
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical experience:
- Java and integration technologies
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- DevOps tooling including Git, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- UI frameworks including Theme Cosmos / Constellation
Desirable
- Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) experience
- Experience within public sector, financial services or telecommunications
- Experience working on security-cleared programmes
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Pre-sales, RFP and solution-shaping experience
