About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Offensive Security team. In this role, you will help organisations identify and reduce cyber security risk through high-quality penetration testing, security assessments and consultancy services.
Working across a diverse range of clients and industries, you will deliver security testing engagements against modern environments, applications and infrastructure, whilst helping customers understand and mitigate the risks identified. You will work alongside some of the industry's leading offensive security professionals, contributing to technical excellence, continuous improvement and innovation across our services.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver infrastructure, web application, cloud and external penetration testing engagements.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security reviews against customer environments.
- Simulate real-world attack scenarios to identify security weaknesses and business risk.
- Produce clear, accurate and high-quality technical reports, including detailed findings, supporting evidence and remediation recommendations.
- Work closely with customers to support remediation activities and improve their security posture.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of offensive security methodologies, tooling and services.
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and penetration testing techniques.
- Support research, tool development and innovation activities within the Offensive Security practice.

What We're Looking For

Our Requirements
- CTM certification
- CREST CRT, CPSA, or equivalent certifications.
- Offensive Security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP or OSED
- Experience delivering penetration testing engagements across infrastructure, web applications, cloud environments or APIs.
- Strong understanding of common vulnerabilities, attack methodologies and remediation approaches.
- Experience producing professional penetration testing reports.
- Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written English and report-writing capability.
