Fram is working with an established pensions business that is looking to appoint an experienced Pensions Administrator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in SIPP Administration, SSAS Administration or wider pension administration who enjoys working closely with Financial Advisers and clients.
The Role
As a Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of SIPP and SSAS pension schemes, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering SIPP and SSAS pension schemes from establishment through to ongoing servicing
- Processing pension transfers, contributions and withdrawals
- Arranging pension investments and processing related instructions
- Calculating and processing pension benefits and payments
- Preparing and maintaining accurate pension scheme documentation and records
- Acting as a key point of contact for Financial Advisers, clients and investors
- Responding to pension administration queries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in line with relevant procedures and timescales
- Supporting wider team projects and process improvements

About You
We are looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator, SIPP Administrator or SSAS Administrator with a good understanding of UK pensions and strong attention to detail.
You may have experience within:
- SIPP administration
- SSAS administration
- Pension transfers
- Pension contributions and benefits
- Pension payments and investment administration
- Master Trust SIPP administration
- General pensions administration

You'll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple tasks and confident communicating with Financial Advisers, clients and other stakeholders.
Experience of master trust SIPP administration would be particularly advantageous, although applications from candidates with broader pensions administration experience are encouraged.
