Pension Administrator - Annual Events & Projects

A leading UK pension provider is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join their growing Defined Benefit (DB) administration team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of DB experience who is looking to deepen their technical knowledge, take ownership of scheme events, and deliver high-quality service to members and employers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate DB pension administration, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong attention to detail
  • Maintain and update member and employer records
  • Process and check benefit calculations, pension increases, annual allowance, group life assurance, and other scheme events
  • Support project work such as valuations, annual benefit statements, and data validation
  • Produce and review member communications
