BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Pension Servicing Specialist to join our client, a leading investment and financial services organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will join their Drawdown Communications Team, providing high-quality client service and ensuring accurate administration across a wide range of pension-related enquiries.
Key Benefits they offer:
- Salary remuneration of £29,000
- Full-time permanent position
- Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (1hr Lunch)
- Hybrid Working following training - Typically 2 days from home - 3 days office based
- Free on-site parking
- 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays (increases with length of service)
- Company pension contribution (increases with length of service)

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Responding to client queries via email, secure messages, and written correspondence
- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls where required
- Resolving pension-related enquiries accurately and professionally
- Managing casework from initial contact through to completion
- Liaising with internal teams to support smooth and efficient case progression
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all processes and regulatory standards are adhered to
- Prioritising quality and delivering positive client outcomes in every interaction
- Working within agreed SLAs and compliance guidelines

You will need:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in pension administration or a similar financial services role would be ideal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a busy environment
