Job Title: Pension Administrator - New Business Team
Location: South Manchester
Contract Type: Permanent
Fully office based during probation then hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Process new pension business applications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to manage the onboarding of new clients and their pension schemes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity within the pension administration system.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the New Business Team.
- Stay updated with industry changes and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices are followed.

Our Client Is Looking For Individuals Who Possess
- Previous experience in finance or pension administration within a financial institution.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- A proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of pension regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
