Pension Administrator
Do you have customer service experience within financial services and enjoy speaking to clients and advisers on the phone?
We're looking for a Pension Administrator to join a busy team, supporting clients and financial advisers with pension-related queries and administration. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance, banking, investments, or pensions customer service who wants to build a long-term career in the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality customer service to clients and financial advisers
- Handling pension-related queries and requests from start to finish
- Processing new business, transfers, and investment instructions
- Liaising with internal teams, advisers, and providers
- Ensuring all work is accurate, compliant, and completed on time
- Building strong relationships through clear and professional communication

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Customer service experience within financial services (e.g. banking, pensions, investments, insurance)
- Confident speaking to clients and advisers over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week)
