SENIOR PENSION ADMINISTRATOR
Salary up to £40,000 pa + excellent benefits & discretionary bonus
2 days in office, 3 days WFH
Offices located London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester
My client a rapidly expanding, sector leading, professional services firm specialising in pension scheme governance and trustee services is seeking a Pension Administrator to support client teams and ensure the smooth delivery of governance and trusteeship services. The role involves working across a portfolio of pension schemes, providing administrative, meeting, and documentation support while liaising with internal teams, trustees, and external advisers. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of trustee secretariat and governance services.
- Prepare meeting papers, agendas, action logs, and first drafts of minutes.
- Coordinate routine communications with trustees, advisers, and administrators.
- Track actions and project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with member cases, regulatory filings, and governance documentation.
- Support projects by gathering information and monitoring progress.
- Maintain scheme records, business plans, and governance logs.
- Develop technical pensions knowledge through on-the-job experience and training.
- Build relationships with trustees, sponsors, and advisers under supervision.
- Take ownership of smaller workstreams while supporting more senior colleagues.

Experience & Skills Required
- A-level education (or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Office skills
- 1-3 years’ experience working with pension schemes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
