Pension CRM
We’re looking for an experienced Pension Consultant to join a growing team and deliver high-quality consultancy across workplace pension arrangements, while also supporting wider employee benefits activity. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with strong client relationship management and a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultancy across workplace pension schemes.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for technical queries.
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, scheme governance, and member issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM and data records to support high-quality service delivery.
- Work in parallel with the EB team on group risk and healthcare benefits.
- Support renewals, provider communications, and benefit changes.
- Produce clear client documentation, reports, and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal teams.

Essential Criteria
- Strong technical defined contribution pension consultancy experience
- Level 4 diploma qualified
- Experience advising clients and managing complex pension queries.
This role would be 1 day per week in their Putney office, so offers flexibility to collaborate with the team in person and to work remotely.
