This role can be full time or part time!
This is a broad and influential role, acting as the organisation’s subject matter expert for all pension matters and overseeing a complex portfolio of pension arrangements spanning DB and DC, private and public sector, and single and multi-employer schemes.
Reporting to the Director of Group Financial Reporting and Control, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Internal Audit, while managing relationships with external pension providers, actuaries and professional advisers.

Key responsibilities will include:


Get help with your application

- Acting as the pensions subject matter expert across the organisation.
- Managing and overseeing multiple pension arrangements.
- Leading annual pensions reporting, including FRS102 reporting and covenant compliance.
- Providing input into pension strategy and leading pension-related change projects.
- Monitoring legislative developments and ensuring schemes remain compliant.
- Managing relationships and performance across pension administrators, actuaries, legal advisers and other professional advisers.
- Working with fund administrators, members and trustees, including attending Trustee and Employer Committee meetings.
- Maintaining effective pension governance, risk and control processes.
