Implementation Manager - Pensions
📍 Hybrid/Flexible | Permanent
We're looking for an experienced Pension Implementation Manager to lead a specialist pensions implementation team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused leader with strong pensions knowledge, project delivery experience, and a passion for continuous improvement to join a well established firm within an interesting and varied role where you will take on more responsibility and be rewarded for your hard work and commitment.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing implementation team.
- Oversee the successful delivery of client implementation projects.
- Drive service excellence and ensure quality standards are met.
- Review project plans, manage risks, and support successful project outcomes.
- Promote best practice, process improvements, and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure effective resource planning and delivery.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading teams within pensions, implementations, or project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of DB, DC, CARE schemes, and annuities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience gathering requirements, analysing data, and improving processes.
- Strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with sensitive data in line with GDPR requirements.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, quality, and continuous improvement.

Desirable
- Project management experience.
- Experience in system implementations, data migrations, configuration, testing, or pensions technical design.
