What you’ll be doing:
You’ll manage a small in-house team, work alongside senior stakeholders and trustees, oversee external providers, and play a key role in how the pensions function develops.

Specific responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team.
- Taking ownership of pensions operations and administration.
- Managing key external providers and advisers.
- Working with senior stakeholders and trustees.
- Driving improvements across processes and member experience.
- Supporting governance, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Managing budgets and financial activity.
- Deputising for the Head of Pensions.

Who would suit this?
A strategic thinker, with solid pensions experience and business acumen, who is ready to step up and have more influence.
A wealth of experience across DB and DC pensions, previous people-management experience, and a strong understanding of pensions administration, calculations, systems, and governance.
