About the Role

Due to further growth an award-winning pensions consultancy have a new job working from their Glasgow office but provide flexible and hybrid working along with an outstanding benefits package. They are recruiting for a Pensions Manager with experience in DB to work at the forefront of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • This job being available is due to new business wins and the successful applicant will be in a role in charge of a number of DB pension administrators and seniors, providing guidance and coaching and delegating workloads accordingly.
  • Additionally, if you wish, you could be involved with managing highly important projects for the team.
  • Previous technical defined benefit pensions experience is essential, in addition to experience in client management within pensions.
  • Professional qualifications such as PMI are highly desirable to ensure these projects are overseen in a compliant manner.

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, either worked as a team leader or manager with a thorough understanding of scheme rules and current legislation.
  • The position is working would offer someone with in-depth knowledge of the defined benefit market and their qualifications to take full ownership and play a significant part in the success of the team.
