Pensions Systems Onboarding Specialist
The Systems Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Onboarding of several new clients, contributing a new proposition within Isio. The role involves working with a number of different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
This role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices, with a hybrid workstyle.
What does the role entail?
- Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations
- Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.
- Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.
- Ongoing support with data issues identified post Go Live.
- Participate in the build of optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team
- Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Scheme Installations
What we’re looking for
- Experience of modern pensions administration systems
- Proven record of delivering pension scheme installations
- Proven record of delivering integrated payrolls
- Able to set up processes (eg Pension increases) for installed schemes
- Proven Systems knowledge for moving data between databases
- Proven Systems knowledge for creating standard alone databases
- Understanding the power of good audit trails and documentation
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent Planning & Organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered
- Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work
- Management of key stakeholders at all levels in a typical corporate environment
