Description
Looking for a role where you can build your expertise and make a real difference? Join our London-based team as Pensions Transfer Analysts and play a key part in delivering a seamless pension transfer experience for members and clients. You'll play a key role in managing pension transfer requests through the Origo platform, work with a variety of schemes, and develop valuable technical knowledge. These are 12 month Fixed Term Contract roles.
The Role
- Does End-to-End Transfer Management by overseeing the full pension transfer process, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Investigates complex or rejected transfer cases (e.g., value discrepancies or incomplete information) and liaises with other providers and internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.
- Plays the lead role in managing transfer requests using the Origo system platform, including submitting requests, monitoring statuses, resolving errors or rejections, and maintaining accurate records throughout.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with members regarding the status of their transfers, any required information, and next steps.
- Collaborates closely with Operations, internal teams, and external providers to deliver transfer activities efficiently, escalating issues where needed.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements and maintains up-to-date documentation for transfer cases and system processes.

Qualifications
What U’ll bring:
- Experience in Pension administration (DB OR DC OR SIPPS) is essential
- Hands-on experience using the Origo transfer system is highly preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially when handling rejected or complex transfer requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
