Job Title
Our client is looking for Pensions Admin Analysts to support a review of historic single-premium policies, examining customer and policy records and completing cases to agreed quality and productivity standards.
Day Rate - £165/day inside IR35 (Umbrella)
Place of Work - Remote
Contract Length - 6 months initially, with likely extension
UK Residents Only
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer, policy, and transactional records in line with approved methodology and guidance
- Identify key dates, classifications, payment details, and other case information needed for assessment
- Record findings accurately in the relevant systems, trackers, and templates
- Apply project guidance consistently, use sound judgement, and escalate exceptions promptly
- Meet daily case targets while maintaining a quality-first approach
- Act on Quality Control feedback, complete rework on time, and demonstrate learning in future cases
- Uphold customer confidentiality, data protection, and governance requirements

Essential Experience

- Background in analyst, case review, operations, remediation, complaints, or another evidence-based processing role
- Experience in life, pensions, investments, or another regulated financial services setting
- Familiarity with policy administration, payment processing, investment dates, or financial detriment assessments
- Proven ability to interpret detailed records and turn them into accurate, structured outputs
- Understanding of quality assurance, documented process, and audit trail principles
- Quick to learn new processes, products, and systems, applying them consistently
- Confident with Excel, Teams, and standard office tools; able to pick up client systems
- Strong attention to detail, analytical judgement, and organizational skills
