We are currently working with a leading financial services firm who are seeking a professional pensions administrator to join their team.
The position involves managing a range of pension and investment-related administration, maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions and ensuring work is completed within required timescales.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting pension transfers, payments, new arrangements and investment instructions
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, advisers and third-party providers
- Processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage workloads and information
- Working in line with relevant regulations, procedures and service standards
- Handling telephone and written enquiries professionally
- Supporting colleagues with training, projects and general administrative tasks
