Are you an organised administrator with a keen eye for detail and a flair for working with numbers?
We're looking for a Security Cleared Pensions Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting an important pensions project, helping to ensure pension awards are accurately calculated and processed for individuals who have served in the Armed Forces.
You'll join a supportive and collaborative team that values accuracy, teamwork, and continuous learning. With comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the chance to broaden your knowledge across the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with data and solving problems.
You'll receive full training and ongoing support from experienced colleagues, with opportunities to develop your skills and gain exposure to wider areas of the business. You'll be part of a friendly, knowledgeable team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting one another every step of the way.
This role requires Security Check (SC) clearance. Applicants must meet the relevant clearance requirements.
This role is office-based in Glasgow, Monday to Friday, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

- Collecting and collating data from multiple systems to support pension award calculations.
- Processing pension administration activities accurately and in line with agreed procedures.
- Producing and checking pension calculations and records with a high level of accuracy.
- Analysing information and preparing reports to support operational requirements.
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries and clarify information when required.
- Managing and prioritising workloads effectively to meet deadlines and service standards.
What you'll bring:
- Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Strong numerical skills and confidence working with figures.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong digital literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
It would be great if you had:
- Previous pensions administration experience.
- Experience working with large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of pension calculations or pension-related processes.
- Experience working within a highly regulated or secure environment.
