About the Company
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established Chartered financial planning business with the recruitment of a Pensions Administrator.
About the Role
Permanent position. This role will be based in Redcar. Monday - Friday position. This company has an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities
- Provide administration support across a range of pension and investment products.
- Process pension applications, transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and other client requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is kept fully up to date.
- Liaise with clients, Financial Advisers, pension providers, and other third parties.
- Obtain valuations, policy information, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor applications and cases through to completion.
- Assist with pension calculations and client documentation.
- Prepare information and reports for clients and Advisers.

Qualifications
Previous experience within pensions.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of pension products and pension administration.
- Experience working with pension providers and processing client applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident communicating with clients, Advisers, and external providers.
- Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with investments or insurance administration would be advantageous.
Pay range and compensation package
- £28,000 – £33,000 salary, depending on experience.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Company pension.
