About the Company

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established Chartered financial planning business with the recruitment of a Pensions Administrator.

About the Role

Permanent position. This role will be based in Redcar. Monday - Friday position. This company has an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support across a range of pension and investment products.
  • Process pension applications, transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and other client requests.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is kept fully up to date.
  • Liaise with clients, Financial Advisers, pension providers, and other third parties.
  • Obtain valuations, policy information, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor applications and cases through to completion.
  • Assist with pension calculations and client documentation.
  • Prepare information and reports for clients and Advisers.

Qualifications

Previous experience within pensions.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of pension products and pension administration.
  • Experience working with pension providers and processing client applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident communicating with clients, Advisers, and external providers.
  • Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.

  • Experience with investments or insurance administration would be advantageous.

Pay range and compensation package

  • £28,000 – £33,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • Permanent, full-time position.
