Darlington | Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home
£30,000 - £40,000 DOE + discretionary annual bonus

- £30,000 - £40,000 salary, depending on experience

- Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, office hours

The Role
You will join a friendly, supportive, and growing Pensions Administration team, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality service to pension scheme members, trustees, and clients. The role will focus on administering Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes, including completing accurate calculations, responding to queries, and ensuring members receive a professional and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete calculations relating to member benefit entitlements
- Respond to queries from members, trustees, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and collate pension documentation and information
- Maintain accurate member records
- Ensure work is completed accurately and in line with procedures and regulatory requirements
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client outcomes
About You
- You MUST have previous experience administering Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes. Please only apply if you have this specific experience.
- Previous experience in a Pensions Administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
