Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator with a passion for ensuring compliance and accuracy in pension processes? If you have hands-on knowledge of public sector pension schemes, we want to hear from you! Our client, a respected educational charity, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their supportive pensions team on an immediate basis. The Role
As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a vital role in processing and managing pension-related activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and submitting monthly pension returns accurately and on time.
- Administering pension scheme activities in line with relevant regulations and procedures.
- Completing and reviewing year-end pension certificates.
- Maintaining accurate pension records and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with pension legislation and scheme requirements.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve pension-related queries.
- Supporting the wider team with various pension administration activities as needed.

About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous pensions administration experience within a public sector environment.
- Proven experience working with:
- Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS)
- Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
- MCR submissions
- Experience completing and submitting monthly pension returns.
- A strong understanding of pension regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate (essential).
Working Arrangements
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Flexible working hours within core operating hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Initial 4-week contract with an immediate start available.
- Part-time and flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
- Hybrid working available for full-time employees (2 days remote, 3 days office-based).
