Join a leading pensions consultancy as an Administration Manager, overseeing high-quality delivery across a varied portfolio of schemes.
The Role
- Lead delivery of pensions administration services across a client portfolio
- Manage relationships with trustees and corporate clients
- Oversee key projects (renewals, benefit statements, pension increases, reporting)
- Monitor team performance, workflow, and SLA delivery
- Review work and provide technical guidance to team members
- Take ownership of billing, profitability, and service quality
- Support business development, client growth, and new opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

- Extensive DB pensions administration experience
- Strong team leadership and people management background
- In-depth knowledge of pensions legislation
- Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
